Fully Funded Canadian Serious Illness Conversation Education Opportunity
About the Training
We are pleased to share with you that the Ontario Health West Region Palliative Care Network (OH WRPCN) is sponsoring a fully funded palliative care education opportunity to primary care providers across the West region. The education being offered is called Canadian Serious Illness Conversations (CSIC) and is being provided through Pallium Canada. In receiving this communication, we ask that you share and distribute this message, with the attached brochure, to primary care providers employed within your organization.
This education supports, and is in alignment with, the OH WRPCN strategy to further the implementation of the Model of Care for Adults receiving Palliative Care in the Community and the Ontario Palliative Care Network’s (OPCN’s) Competency framework.
Target Audience
